Santha Reddy

Santha has been a valued member of Rochedale Family Practice since 2018, playing an important role in supporting both staff and patients while helping manage the day-to-day operations of the practice.

She began her extensive career in South Africa in the 1990s, working in a large private hospital during a particularly challenging period in the country's history. Over time, her dedication and experience led her into leadership roles, where she continued to grow professionally.

In 2001, Santha immigrated to Australia and settled in Sydney, where she commenced work in a large private practice in Hurstville. Her strong skill set and many years of experience enabled her to thrive and further develop her career in the healthcare industry.

Throughout her journey, Santha has witnessed significant changes both personally and professionally. She finds the most rewarding aspect of her role in building meaningful connections with patients, families, and colleagues.

Her work is centred on supporting the practice's administrative functions and assisting doctors with professionalism, reliability, and genuine care at every patient touchpoint. She is also working towards becoming an AGPAL surveyor. AGPAL provides general practice accreditation to Australian general practices and other organisations against the RACGP Standards.
