Dr Kimberley Golding has continued her passion for all aspects of General Practice since joining the team at Rochedale in 2016. She has a private billing structure for all patients to allow for longer consultation time and comprehensive patient care.

From 1 July 2026, Dr Kimberley Golding will privately bill all consultations and will no longer bulk bill pensioners, Health Care Card holders, children, or DVA patients. Preventive health services such as Health Assessments, Chronic Disease Management Plans and Reviews, and influenza vaccinations will continue to be bulk billed where eligible.

Her special interests include women's health, including optimising the journey through perimenopause and menopause, medically assisted weight management, skin checks, preventative care, genetic testing including cancer screening, and adult ADHD diagnosis and management.

Dr Golding is a Mater Hospital aligned GP who provides pregnancy planning and antenatal care. She also continues to work with the RACGP to supervise doctors pursuing specialist training in general practice.

Her care is built around longer appointments, thoughtful preventive planning, and personalised treatment decisions that give patients time and support for comprehensive care.

She has a particular interest in medically assisted weight management and precision medicine, including pharmacogenomics where clinically appropriate, and works collaboratively with patients to tailor care to their health goals, clinical needs, and medication responses.

She has previously worked across South East Queensland including Princess Alexandra Hospital, QEII Hospital, St Vincent's Hospital, Goondiwindi Hospital, Redland Hospital, and a particularly enjoyable term providing emergency care at the Stradbroke Island Marie Rose Centre.

She performs Implanon insertion and removal, removal of intrauterine devices including Mirena and Kyleena, iron infusions, skin checks, and skin lesion removal procedures. Her professional qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science from the University of Queensland in 2009, a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from the University of Queensland in 2012, Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2017, a Certificate in Practical Dermoscopy from the Australasian College of Dermatology, and a University of Queensland Short Course Certificate in Dermoscopy with High Distinction in 2025.
